For several months we are accepted as privileged inhabitants of the beautiful, rich and dreamed of European Garden. The long wait at its gates made us dream enthusiastically that beyond its walls there is the real treasure – permanent welfare and happiness. But once inside, in postEurodreams, nothing essential happened in our lives, everyday lives, because we have not discovered yet the treasure within. “The Future Romania” looks extraordinary in politicians’ speeches, but we would like something tangible, as long as we are still alive. Europe is not the maternal Paradise which generously offers everything, either you deserve it or not. We gain respect and prosperity through hard work and responsibility. The European standard assumes efforts to make you visible, noticed and to tell your point of view. If we will give up too easy and we will adopt out of servitude, snobbism, and intellectual indolence, others models, then the guilt is all ours. The Eurodreams art event was organized in the Museum of Arts Cluj Napoca during 12 and 19 April 2007. This artistic event is an invitation to lucidity, even it is ironic. Under this playful mask it can be seen the gravity and seriousness of the debated problems, the dangers which watch us on the European way to synchronize the values we wish to adopt or need to promote. Unlike the first event organized in Budapest, the event in Cluj had another structure, being broaden, with new accents and meanings.
